Shyam Karki, who is an international multimedia journalist specializing in documentary making, was recently felicitated with the best documentary award at the international film festival hosted in Mauritius. The Mauritius-held film festival had provided a platform to showcase over a hundred documentaries from filmmakers across the globe including Nepal, where Karki made the country proud with his commendable work on February 1, 2023.
